Metal Braces With Empower® 2 Self-Ligating Brackets and Mini Twin Brackets™
We offer two different metal brackets from American Orthodontics. The mini twin bracket is one of the smallest brackets on the market. Kids love them because they can customize their braces with colorful elastics. Our Empower self-ligating braces, on the other hand, don’t require elastics or metal ties at all. Instead, the low-profile, contoured, self-ligating brackets use clips to hold your archwires in place. This allows the teeth to move more comfortably and freely into position with less force and friction. The lack of elastics also results in decreased irritation, shorter appointments, less plaque and easier oral hygiene.
