Cronin & Czarnik Orthodontics accepts most insurance plans. If you have insurance that covers orthodontic treatment, it can greatly reduce your out-of-pocket expense. Are braces covered by insurance?
A lot of dental insurance plans include an orthodontic benefit. This is usually a lifetime maximum to be used towards orthodontic treatment; however, deductibles or age restrictions might apply.
If you’d like to provide us with your insurance information ahead of time, we’ll be more than happy to research your insurance benefit before your consultation with Dr. Cronin or Dr. Czarnik. This way, during the financial portion of your visit, we can let you know whether or not orthodontic treatment is covered by your dental insurance and what your out-of-pocket costs will be.
If you do have orthodontic benefits, they can be used towards any type of orthodontic treatment, including Invisalign®. You may want to contact your insurance company or your employer’s HR department to learn more about your orthodontic coverage.
Regardless of your insurance coverage, we don’t think cost should prevent you from improving your smile and oral health. That’s why we offer flexible financing options, including interest-free payment plans to make treatment fit your budget. Once we’ve had the chance to evaluate your smile and determine a diagnosis, our treatment coordinator will go over the cost of your treatment, your insurance and our flexible financing options.

Can I use my FSA or HSA for braces or Invisalign?
Yes! The Cronin & Czarnik Orthodontics team is happy to work with your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA). Funds from your HSA or FSA can be used for Invisalign, braces and any other orthodontic appliances. Depending on your individual plan, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your treatment, just as you would use any credit card. If your plan requires that you submit a claim for reimbursement, we can provide you with a receipt or any other information you need to complete your claim.
