The pair have been working towards being the best at what they do for over a decade. Both doctors attended top-tier orthodontic programs and graduated at the top of their respective classes.

An Orthodontic Love Story
Dr. Cronin and Dr. Czarnik began their love story when they met in college. Both doctors are creative and Dr. Czarnik wooed Dr. Cronin with thoughtful hand-made gifts and by naming a star after her.
They continued to date throughout dental school. On what they like to call “Double Match Day,” Dr. Cronin and Dr. Czarnik not only confirmed they were the perfect match by getting engaged at the Art Institute of Chicago, but they also both matched with their top orthodontic residency choices.
The couple loves to travel the country and world together, and have been fortunate to practice dentistry in rural Guatemala, explore the hills and bays of Vietnam and backpack to the tip of Patagonia. They’ve dreamed of opening an orthodontic practice that delivers the highest standard of care, all the while in a fun atmosphere, and are thrilled to be serving up fantastic smiles in Westminster and the surrounding Denver suburbs.
2020 marked a new chapter in their story, when they welcomed their daughter, Renny, into the world. Now, when mom and dad aren’t perfecting patients’ smiles, they can usually be found enjoying the great outdoors and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado as a family of three.
Dr. Carolyn Cronin
Dr. Carolyn Cronin is a board-certified orthodontist. She graduated first in her class from dental school at University of Illinois Chicago. Dr. Cronin was then chosen to attend one of the most prestigious orthodontic residencies in the country at the University of North Carolina. Now, at Cronin & Czarnik Orthodontics in Westminster and Winter Park, she loves helping patients transform their smiles and seeing their confidence and personalities shine through.
Dr. Scott Czarnik
Dr. Scott Czarnik graduated at the top of his dental school class from University of Illinois. He was then selected to attend orthodontic residency at the highly esteemed University of Minnesota. Following his residency, he took the additional step of becoming board certified.
